Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Castrol Middle East Promotion (“Promotion”) organized by Castrol Limited and/or BP Middle East LLC (“Castrol” or “Promoter”). By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or older. Employees, agencies, distributors, or partners directly associated with Castrol or its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Participation is limited to individual consumers. Entries from companies or groups will not be accepted.

The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: a) Employees of the Promoter and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries; (b) employees of Castrol distributors, workshops, sales representatives and advertising agencies, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies and providers involved in the Promotion; and (c) members of the above employees’ immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and (d) Government officials, agencies and their immediate family members.

Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from [start date] to [end date], inclusive. Castrol reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

How to Participate

  1. Visit http://www.redeemcastrolmiddleeast.com
  2. Complete the registration form with your full name, email address, and mobile number.
  3. Verify your identity using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email.
  4. Receive an email and Whatsapp message confirming your enrolment and a unique redemption link.
  5. Purchase a qualifying Castrol engine oil from an authorized retailer or service workshop during the promotion period. Qualifying products for the Promotion are listed below:
    Castrol GTX, MAGNATEC, and EDGE 4-liter line of products manufactured and sold in the United Arab Emirates in 2025, excluding original equipment manufacturer (OEM) franchised workshop (FWS) channels
  6. After your oil change service, visit the redemption page using your unique redemption link received after registration.
  7. Submit your Registration Code, Cap Code(s) found behind the product cap, and upload a valid receipt image.
  8. Once your submission is verified, you will receive a digital gift voucher valid for AED 100 on the Deliveroo app (or equivalent in BH market?) via email and WhatsApp.

Reward Details

Eligible participants will receive a digital gift voucher valued at AED 100 for use on the Deliveroo app. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Castrol reserves the right to substitute the gift with another of equivalent value if necessary. Each participant is only eligible to redeem one gift voucher.

Verification and Validation

All entries are subject to verification by Castrol or its authorized partners. Each Registration Code and Cap Code may only be used once. Duplicate, tampered, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified. Castrol reserves the right to reject any entry deemed fraudulent or non-compliant.

Data Privacy

Personal information collected through this Promotion will be processed by Castrol and its authorized service providers for the purpose of managing the Promotion. By participating, you consent to the processing of your data for verification, communication, and voucher issuance. Limitation of Liability

Castrol is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or website downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castrol will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the reward. Castrol reserves the right to reject or disqualify any incomplete, invalid or inaccurate entry without giving any reason or cause and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any participant or any other party.

General Terms
